Hayden had almost as many birthday parties as he had years of his life this year. We had one while we were visiting my family back in May, one with just us as usual and then with the extended family in town. Needless to say, he was way excited because he got to have lots of "Happy Birthday cake" and ice cream as well as presents to go around.
